Hi there, just thought I’d tell you a bit about myself. I have been interested in ancient sites for many years and am forever finding out new information and more sites. But there are so many in the United Kingdom that it is difficult to know just where to start. Our land abounds with ancient monuments and the like. So I thought having this blog was a good enough reason to share some of them with you folks out there. I am the author of a book about Celtic saints and have long held an interest in ancient crosses, holy wells and saints shrines etc, not just on the so-called Celtic fringes, but all over our beautiful island. Also, I have a fairly large collection of books on these subjects and reading these books takes up a lot of my time, but it’s all worth it in the end as I’m sure this blog will be. So, thank you for taking the time to browse the sites on here and I hope, like me, you too will get enjoyment out of our great “British” history – because it is “Great”. But enough about me, please browse the sites and enjoy.

I know this if off topic but I’m looking into starting my own blog and was curious what all is required to get set up? I’m assuming having a blog like yours would
cost a pretty penny? I’m not very internet smart so I’m not 100% certain.
Any recommendations or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Start a blog with WordPress and take it from there with a simple domain and go pro at a later time becoming much more like a proper website with extra space etc etc.

I don’t know if it’s just me or if everyone else experiencing problems with your site. It appears like some of the written text in your content are running off the screen. Can somebody else please comment and let me know if this is happening to them as well? This may be a problem with my internet browser because I’ve had this happen previously. I think you have a problem with your pc because as far as I can see its all okay at my end. Could it be the bar at the bottom of your screen – try moving that along to the left, perhaps. Webmaster.

Hello, I believe your blog may be having internet browser compatibility problems. Whenever I look at your web site in Safari, it looks fine but when opening in Internet Explorer, it has some overlapping issues. I just wanted to provide you with a quick heads up! Apart from that, great website!

I should say, as a great deal as I enjoyed reading what you had to say, I couldnt support but lose interest soon after a whilst. Its as in case you had a great grasp on the subject matter, but you forgot to include your readers. Perhaps you should consider this from far more than 1 angle. Or maybe you shouldnt generalise so considerably. Its far better in case you consider what others may possibly need to say instead of just going for a gut reaction towards the subject. Take into consideration adjusting your own believed method and giving others who may read this the benefit with the doubt.
